Whatever challenges your game development organization faces, I've likely encountered them before. My leadership skills have been tested during difficult times such as economic downturns, and I've learned valuable lessons from both my triumphs and failures. I'm constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and improve myself. Creating Games is my passion. I'm particularly interested in Free-to-Play and Play-to-Earn games. I'm deeply fascinated by the psychological aspects that keep players engaged, while also being mindful of the importance of producing ethically sound entertainment.
I'll consider every aspect of a game's development from monetization strategy to art asset optimization and a fantastic user experience.
I've lead teams of up to 18 with multiple core competencies, juggling multiple tasks in Agile environments. I'll plan roadmaps, write spec sheets and technical requirements, or draw flow diagrams and wireframes to foster better team communication.
My background in 3D, Video Post Production and Illustration allows me to create art concepts quickly to ensure the game's production is never slowed down.
Eyeballistic started as a video training platform for creatives who were interested in learning tools such as Max, Maya, After Effects and Final Cut Pro. In 2016 the company pivoted to become a game development studio with expertise in fighting games and VR.
Double A is an immersive, multimedia communication platform that enables users to collaborate through any means— including video, messaging, whiteboarding, polls, and games—making work more productive and fun. My role is to make this platform as seamless, intuitive, entertaining and immersive as possible, while delivering on the promise of a connected virtual world (a metaverse) that aims to help facilitate human interaction, break down social barriers and allows for us to understand each other better.
I’m responsible for defining the user experience for eko’s largest clients including Walmart, Pinterest and Microsoft. I strive to understand core user needs and emotional desires. I embrace user-centered design principles and I value deep thinking and long-term decisions which combine data driven insight and creativity. I collaborate closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, software engineers and executive leaders to solve complex challenges and craft powerful experiences that highlight the benefits of eko’s unique interactive video platform technology.
